Chris is the current President of the Malibu Lost Hills Sheriff Foundation. This is the second time that Chris has served as the President.
Chris is not hard to find in the digital world. Chris has been active in social media for over twenty years and has a large following in the digital world.
Chris works in beautiful Westlake Village as the administrator of Vititoe Law Group. The law firm is known for being a strong advocate for those that have been injured as the result of negligence of others. Chris also serves on the Board of the Erin Brockovich Foundation.
Chris has a passion for networking and education. Chris attends dozens of local events each year along with participating in a dozen or so National events. This works well with Chris’s love of traveling and spending time with family, friends, and colleagues.

Dave Stern - Bio
Dave has over 42 years of diverse experience spanning the insurer, self-insurer, third party administrator and independent adjusting arenas throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria and Germany. Since coming to West Coast Casualty Service, Dave’s central focus has been on the investigation of all aspects of construction defect claims. He has been involved in the creation of innovative methods for the reduction of claims handling expenses. In addition, Dave is often called upon to testify as an expert in construction defect and insurance related litigation and has been asked to be a consultant on articles involving construction and insurance featured in the Los Angeles Times, the Boston Globe, Big Builder, BusinessWeek, Insurance Journal and the Orange County Register as well as other numerous industry and trade publications. Dave is a past Secretary (1999-2007) and a past Vice President (2009-2011) of the National Construction Defect Claims Managers Association. In addition, he is a designee of the Registered Professional Adjusters Program, a fellow in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, a member of the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, the National Association of Insurance Litigation Managers and the National Association of Professional Specialty Lines Officers where he also served on the Industry, Communication and Public Relations Committee (1999 to 2001). Dave is a founding member of the Presidents Circle of Habitat for Humanity and presently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills Sheriffs Foundation. Dave is a former director and a current advisor to the Thousand Oaks Police Charitable Foundation (TOPCF), a division of the Ventura County Sheriffs Department. Dave has also worked with the Girl Scouts of America and was a co-captain of the annual California statewide beach cleanup campaign. Dave is a founding board member of the Construction Defect Community Charitable Foundation (CDCCF). Through West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar’s “Buy-A-Banner, Support A Charity, Lift A Life” program, Dave has helped raise over three million dollars in charitable donations in the past 20 years for a variety of charities.

Henry Steenackers Started The Printing Connection in 1983. His full service printing company is located in Newbury Park, while residing in Thousand Oaks. Henry joined the board of the Malibu / Lost Hills Sheriffs’ Foundation in 2007 and is a previous president of the foundation.

Barry lives in the Oak Park area with his wife Andrea and has two children who went through the Oak Park School District.
Barry works with secondary market technology, specifically with K-12 Schools throughout the US who cannot afford new technology for their classrooms. Our goal is to put a working desktop, Chromebook, or laptop on the desks of every student in America regardless of socioeconomic means! Educational Opportunities!!
Barry has served on the Board of the Triunfo YMCA and the Oak Park Education Foundation helping raise funds for program support. Small Donations equals Big Impact! Each one of us should step a little out of our comfort zone to assist someone else. With our hands or our pocketbook, every little bit of help makes a huge difference.

Dustin Troyan is the President of the Topanga Area Police Foundation. He is also a Board Member oft he Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriffs Foundation and is the President and Founder of the Motor4Toys Charitable Foundation, dedicated to helping children. He is the Founder and President of Connected Media Group LLC, a media-marketing business with a focus on the Automotive Segment. Dustin is an active community member, happily married with two daughters, and an aficionado of bright orange hats.
