Chris is the current Vice President of the Malibu Lost Hills Sheriff Foundation and is a past President of the Malibu Lost Hills Sheriff Booster Club.
Chris works in beautiful Westlake Village as the administrator of Vititoe Law Group. The law firm is known for being a strong advocate for those that have been injured as the result of negligence of others. The firm handles various types of serious injury cases including Aviation; Personal Injury Accidents; Auto Accidents, Bus Accidents; Truck Accidents, Pharmaceutical; Mass Torts; Product Liability; Ground Water & Air Contamination, Environmental and Toxic Cases. The members of the firm are nationally known for their work in the environmental case made famous in the movie “Erin Brockovich”.

Dave Stern Bio
Dave joined West Coast Casualty Service in 1993, and has over 34 years of diverse experience spanning the insurer, self-insurer, third party administrator and independent adjusting arenas throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria and Germany. Since coming to West Coast Casualty Service, Dave’s central focus has been on the investigation of all aspects of construction defect claims. He has been involved in the creation of innovative methods for the reduction of claims handling expenses to include joint defense ventures, joint destructive testing and facilitated mediation strategies. In addition, Dave is often called upon to testify as an expert in construction defect and insurance related litigation and has been asked to be a consultant on articles involving construction and insurance featured in the Los Angeles Times, the Boston Globe, Big Builder, BusinessWeek, Insurance Journal and the Orange County Register as well as other numerous industry and trade publications.
Dave has been involved in the handling and/or supervision of over 100,000 construction defect related claims on behalf of insurers and self-insurers involving Owners, Developers, Design Professionals, General Contractors and every specialty subcontractor trade involved in residential, commercial, public project and industrial projects throughout the United States.
Dave is a past Secretary (1999-2007) and a past Vice President (2009-2011) of the national Construction Defect Claims Managers Association. In addition, he is a designee of the Registered Professional Adjusters Program, a fellow in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, a member of the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, the National Association of Insurance Litigation Managers and the National Association of Professional Specialty Lines Officers where he also served on the Industry, Communication and Public Relations Committee (1999 to 2001).
Each year Dave coordinates West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar, the most highly attended construction defect event worldwide. He also speaks at and conducts seminars discussing vital issues facing the insurer and self-insurer communities. Dave is the company’s continuing education director and is recognized by 40 U.S. state Insurance Departments, 18 state bars, the society for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), the society of the Registered Professional Adjusters (RPA) and lastly serves as the editor of West Coast Casualty’s e-mail news service “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE” a publication which boast approximately 7,000 trade and industry readers.
Dave is a founding member of the Presidents Circle of Habitat for Humanity and also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills Sheriffs Foundation. Dave is a former director but a current advisor to the Thousand Oaks Police Charitable Foundation (TOPCF), a division of the Ventura County Sheriffs Department. Dave also works with the Girl Scouts of America and he is a co-captain of the annual California statewide beach cleanup campaign. Dave is a founding board member of the Construction Defect Community Charitable Foundation (CDCCF). Through West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar’s “Buy-A-Banner, Support A Charity, Lift A Life” program, Dave has helped raise over two million dollars in charitable donations in the past 15 years for a variety of charities.

Henry Steenackers - Previous President
Henry Steenackers Started The Printing Connection in 1983. His full service printing company is located in Van Nuys, while residing in Thousand Oaks. Henry joined the board of the Malibu / Lost Hills Sheriffs’ Foundation in 2007 and is a previous president of the foundation.

Barry lives in the Oak Park area with his wife Andrea and two children, Molly and Warner. Barry works with companies on how to remove technology from their facilities without compromising their internal data.
Barry has been on the Board of the Triunfo YMCA and the Oak Park Education Foundation helping raise funds for program support. His work on the Malibu Lost Hills Sheriff’s Foundation demonstrates his appreciation for the work our first responders put forward for us, the citizens. Barry’s passion is baseball and travel!
